An Acid Gas Condensing Cooler is a type of heat exchanger specifically designed to cool down high-temperature acidic gases and promote partial condensation of acid vapors such as HCl, SO₂, or H₂S. These units are widely used in:

  • Sulfur recovery (Claus process)

  • Hydrochloric acid recovery

  • Non-ferrous metal smelting off-gas treatment

  • Flue gas condensation after wet desulfurization

  • Acidic exhaust gas treatment in chemical industries
