The erection of the Primary Gas Cooler (PGC) A Tower at the JISCO project site has now been successfully completed. With the tower standing in its final position, the project has entered the next phase of installation and system integration.

As a primary gas cooler manufacturer, we view tower erection as more than a construction milestone—it is a direct validation of the equipment’s structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and overall manufacturability. The completed tower reflects careful coordination between design, fabrication, transportation, and on-site installation.

The Primary Gas Cooler serves as the first cooling stage for raw coke oven gas, playing a decisive role in protecting downstream systems and ensuring stable plant operation. The tower structure and internal heat-exchange arrangement are engineered to deliver reliable performance under continuous, high-load operating conditions, while maintaining corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance.

With the tower now fully erected, subsequent work will focus on internal installation, piping connections, and commissioning preparation. This milestone lays a solid foundation for the long-term, safe, and efficient operation of the coking plant’s gas cooling system.
