Multiple horizontal cooling pipes, installed at a 3° angle for efficient drainage
A two-stage cooling system, with:
Upper section using cooling water at 25–32°C
Lower section using water at 18–25°C
Hot gas enters from the top, flows downward outside the tubes
Cooling water flows inside the tubes, absorbing heat in counterflow
An ammonia water spray at the top helps dissolve condensed crystals, preventing clogging and fouling
The result is a stable outlet gas temperature that meets technical requirements for downstream processing.
