Product Overview

The Water-Cooled Wall (Membrane Wall) is the primary radiant heating surface of a boiler furnace. It consists of closely arranged steel tubes welded together by flat steel fins to form a gas-tight structure, absorbing the high-temperature radiation from the flame and protecting the furnace casing.
BOOYO's membrane water walls feature high thermal efficiency, excellent sealing, easy installation, and long service life, widely applied in power boilers, waste heat boilers, biomass boilers, and waste incineration systems.
