山东博宇重工科技集团有限公司 员工行为准则


1. Purpose of the Code 准则目的

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from all employees of Boyu Heavy Industry. It reflects our corporate values—Satisfaction, Delight, Inspiration,
as well as our cultural foundations of filial piety, gratitude, responsibility, and seizing development opportunities.

本准则明确了所有博宇员工必须遵守的行为标准,体现了公司“满意·惊喜·感动”的核心理念,以及企业坚持的孝道文化、感恩文化、责任文化和抓住机遇的平台精神

All employees are expected to read, understand, and apply the principles in this Code.
所有员工必须认真阅读、理解并践行本准则。


2. Professional Conduct 专业行为规范

Employees must:

  • Maintain honesty, responsibility, and professionalism

  • Respect colleagues, partners, and customers

  • Work efficiently and accurately

  • Keep promises and deliver commitments

  • Protect the company’s reputation in all circumstances

员工必须:

  • 保持诚实、负责、专业的职业态度

  • 尊重同事、合作伙伴与客户

  • 高质量、高效率完成工作任务

  • 信守承诺,做到言行一致

  • 在任何场合维护公司的良好形象


3. Integrity and Ethics 诚信与职业伦理

Boyu operates with a zero-tolerance stance toward misconduct, fraud, and unethical behaviour.

博宇对任何舞弊、不诚信行为实行 零容忍 原则。

Employees must not:

  • Offer or accept bribes, kickbacks, or improper benefits

  • Manipulate data, quality records, or engineering documents

  • Misuse company assets or confidential information

  • Engage in dishonest business practices

员工严禁:

  • 收受或提供任何形式的贿赂、回扣或不正当利益

  • 篡改数据、伪造质检记录或工程文件

  • 挪用公司资产或泄露机密

  • 从事任何损害公司声誉的非诚信行为

Employees must report suspected violations immediately.
如发现违规行为,应立即报告。


4. Confidentiality and Data Protection 保密与信息保护

Employees must protect:

  • Technical drawings & engineering documents

  • ASME/NB/GB and certification-related information

  • Customer information, contracts, and pricing data

  • Digital data and internal communications

员工必须严格保护:

  • 技术图纸与工程文件

  • ASME/NB/GB 相关资料

  • 客户信息、合同与价格数据

  • 内部数据与电子通信内容

Unauthorized disclosure or misuse is strictly prohibited.
严禁未经授权的泄露、复制或传播。


5. Workplace Behaviour and Respect 工作场所行为与尊重

Employees shall maintain a safe, harmonious, and respectful workplace.
员工应共同营造安全、和谐、互相尊重的工作环境。

Prohibited behaviours include:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation

  • Violence, threats, or aggressive actions

  • Rumors, negativity, or malicious disruption

  • Alcohol or drug use during work

  • Damaging public areas or equipment

禁止的行为包括:

  • 任何形式的骚扰、歧视或恐吓

  • 暴力、威胁或攻击性行为

  • 散布谣言或恶意干扰团队氛围

  • 酒后或吸毒后进入工作场所

  • 损坏公共区域或设备


6. Responsible Communication 合规沟通

All internal and external communications must be:

  • Accurate

  • Professional

  • Authorized

  • Respectful

  • Consistent with company values

所有对内对外沟通必须:

  • 真实准确

  • 专业得体

  • 在授权范围内

  • 尊重他人

  • 与公司价值观保持一致

Employees must not disclose information or make statements without permission.
员工不得擅自对外发布信息或代表公司发表言论。


7. Conflict of Interest 利益冲突管理

Employees must avoid activities or relationships that could impair objective judgment or conflict with the interests of Boyu.

员工必须避免参与任何可能影响公平判断或与公司利益冲突的行为或关系。

Employees must disclose potential conflicts in advance.
如存在潜在利益冲突,员工应提前申报。


8. Safety & Compliance 安全与合规

Safety is a fundamental responsibility.
安全是所有员工的基本责任。

Employees must:

  • Follow all safety rules strictly

  • Use PPE correctly

  • Operate machinery only when trained

  • Report hazards immediately

员工必须:

  • 严格遵守所有安全制度

  • 正确使用劳保用品

  • 在经过培训和授权后方可操作设备

  • 及时报告任何安全隐患

10. Compliance with This Code 遵守本准则

All employees are required to comply with this Code of Conduct.
所有员工应严格遵守本行为准则。

Violations may lead to disciplinary actions according to company policy.
如有违反,公司将依据相关制度采取相应措施。
